Delivery takes place while stocks last.

Delivery takes place at Boxha Coffee and Roasters unless the parties have agreed otherwise.

Delivery of products ordered online takes place at the address indicated by the customer. If the agreed price is not paid on time, Boxha Coffee and Roasters has the right to suspend its obligations until the agreed price is fully paid.

In the event of late payment, the customer is automatically in default and cannot object to late delivery by Boxha Coffee and Roasters.

Any delivery period specified by Boxha Coffee and Roasters is indicative and does not give the customer the right to dissolution or compensation if this period is not met, unless the parties have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

The delivery period starts after the customer has confirmed the order and payment has been received, and this has been confirmed in writing or electronically by Boxha Coffee and Roasters.

Exceeding the specified delivery period does not entitle the customer to compensation or the right to terminate the contract, unless Boxha Coffee and Roasters cannot deliver within 14 days after the customer has urged us to do so in writing or if the parties have agreed otherwise.

The customer must ensure that the actual delivery of the ordered products can take place in time.

If the package of a delivered product is opened or damaged, the customer must request a note to be made by the courier or delivery person before receiving the product. Otherwise, Boxha Coffee and Roasters may not be held liable for any damage.

If the customer arranges transportation of a product himself, he must report any visible damage to the product or packaging prior to transport to Boxha Coffee and Roasters, failing which we cannot be held liable for any damage.

Products are delivered via standard courier services operating in Oman and internationally.


Delivery period

The estimated delivery time within Oman is 2–3 working days.
International delivery times may vary depending on destination and courier services.


Delivery costs

Shipping costs are paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before completing payment.


Return & Exchange Policy

Customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving their order, provided that:

  • products are unused and in original packaging
  • proof of purchase is provided

The cooling-off period does not apply to:

  • custom-made products
  • personalized items (specific blends, roast profiles, labeling, etc.)
  • perishable goods such as roasted coffee beans or ground coffee

If a customer is returning an item because it is damaged, faulty or defective, Boxha Coffee and Roasters will refund the product cost and reasonable return shipping fees upon receipt and inspection of the goods.

Refunds are processed using the original method of payment.
